The Courtyard Room is a large Super King/Twin single storey self-contained room with bathroom ensuite room boasting beautiful views, a fully fitted kitchen and private lounge where you can enjoy a peaceful nights sleep.

Riding Farm provides 4 Star Silver bed and breakfast (B&B) near Beamish Durham Gateshead and Sunderland. All our bed and breakfast rooms spacious with flat screens, ensuite bathrooms, and fridges stocked with fresh milk water and chocolates to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Our breakfast will set you up for the day with a full range of fresh fruit cereals yogurts as well as traditional farm house cooked breakfast. Vegetarians and special diets are all catered for, just let us know and we will be happy to help.
