Happy New Year to all here is hoping 2009 will be a good one
We have some exciting things happening at The Riding this year
We hope to start on converting the old stables into a single storey cottage sleeping upto 4 over looking the stack yard field which is a breeding ground for lapwings on a realy fine day you can see The Angel of the North
Also planning special mini breaks for the farm house and cottages with credit crunch
The Riding Cottage is to have refurbishment to include a new bathroom
On the farm we are busy with draining its hard not to laugh with 2 grown men in a drench looking for a drain
We also have plans to plant some more trees and hedgerows to enhance the wildlife and encourage more
